Watch the April 2026 Edition of the World Report

The semiannual compilation of news from the Church is online and will be available on other broadcast channels

The April 2026 edition of the World Report from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is now available to watch in 11 languages. The program is available on the Church Newsroom YouTube channel and will air on the Church satellite system during general conference weekend and subsequent weekends where general conference broadcasts are delayed. It will also air at 9 a.m. MDT on Saturday, April 4, on BYUtv; and at 4 p.m. MDT on Saturday, April 4, on KSL-TV.

This edition opens with the calling of Dallin H. Oaks as the 18th president and prophet of the Church, the calling of two new Apostles — Elder Gérald Caussé and Elder Clark G. Gilbert — and a tribute to the life and legacy of President Jeffrey R. Holland.

The program also takes viewers around the world to learn more about global news events of the Church from the past six months, including the ministries of the Apostles and women leaders, wildfire relief in Chile, aid in Jamaica after Hurricane Melissa, laptop donations in Mongolia, the recovery of ancient petroglyphs, the solved mystery of the Nauvoo Bell and other inspiring stories.

The report also covers temple news, including the first recent temple to be announced outside of general conference.

Narrated versions are available in 10 additional languages: Spanish, Portuguese, French, Cantonese, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin and Russian.
