Children listen during Primary. 2025 by Intellectual Reserve, Inc. All rights reserved.The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has announced the September 2025 Friend to Friend for children will include Elder Patrick Kearon of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and his wife, Jennifer.
Also featuring the Primary General Presidency, the broadcast titled “Sharing Jesus’ Love Through Service” will show what children from the Philippines, New Zealand, Texas, Mexico and Alabama have done to follow Jesus Christ through service.

All rights reserved.In January, the Primary General Presidency invited all Primaries worldwide to organize an annual service project. “We hope this worldwide effort will help children realize they are an important part of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and can contribute in meaningful ways,” said a statement from the Primary presidency. “As the children serve, they will grow in their love for the Savior and feel joy as they share His love with others.”
The recorded 15-minute Friend to Friend broadcast may be used at home or in Primary to help teach children about the gospel of Jesus Christ. It will also include music and a visit from Louie the Toucan.
It will be available beginning Saturday, September 6, at 10 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time on the following channels:

- El Evangelio para niños YouTube (Spanish)
- Evangelho para Crianças YouTube (Portuguese)
- L’Evangile pour les enfants YouTube (French)
- Gospel Stream app (English, Spanish, Portuguese and French; download the app on Apple Mobile, Apple TV, Google Play, Google TV, Roku and Amazon Fire Devices)

The full broadcast and segments will remain available after September 6 to support teaching at home or at church. Children may view this event anytime on Gospel for Kids YouTube and Gospel Library in Primary groups or at home.
The Friend to Friend will also include a craft. To participate, children may wish to gather these supplies in advance:
- Paper
- Scissors
- Crayons or markers
- Tape or glue
